  • Your first time consultation usually lasts around 90 minutes. This time is dedicated to selecting garments, customizing details, and taking accurate measurements to ensure the best possible fit.

    For returning clients, appointments generally last 30–45 minutes. Since measurements are already saved, the process is faster and more efficient while still allowing time to select fabrics and details.

  • First. CONGRATULATIONS!

    We have you covered — we specialize in wedding parties and are honored to be apart of the most special moments in life. For groups of five or more, we offer custom suits starting at $649.

    To allow time for measurements, production, and final fittings, we recommend starting the process no less than two months prior to your wedding date.

  • Yes. Once you place your first order, your measurements are securely stored in our system. This allows future orders to be completed more efficiently, and in many cases, without the need for an in-person fitting—sometimes even over the phone.

  • At CR Custom Suits, your confidence matters. That’s why we provide a 7-day policy after your final fitting—if you take your garment home and would like any adjustments, we’re happy to help.

  • During the consultation of your custom garments payment will collected at the conclusion of your appointment. Orders can be canceled within one business day before production has begun.

    As each garment is custom-made specifically for you, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available once production has started or the garment has arrived. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we will work with you to ensure the fit is dialed in.
